arcana is on a mission to return to the SUPERNATURAL*.

We believe in the unique power of intentional time spent in nature.

We believe that grounding, restoration, and exploration are key human experiences.

We are

We’re a team of creative, ambitious people who are passionate about bringing transformative spaces into reality. We’re a community of people committed to living better, grounded in the belief that spending more time in nature is beneficial for everyone.

Our people

Our work resonates best with people who are agile, innovative thinkers who can work independently and thrive on cross-functional teams. As early stakeholders, we have the opportunity to make an impact, learn and grow within this co-created environment. We balance our integral desire to do excellent work with a deep appreciation for the importance of wellness in the healthy growth of our community.

How we work

As an organization that believes in the power of nature, we look to the Spruce tree for inspiration, reminding us to tap into our inner resources to rise above challenges. Spruce reminds us of our inner resilience and to not give up. There’s no obstacle we can’t grow around.

Be original. Let nature express its uniqueness and beauty. Do the same for yourself.

We focus on what’s in front of us – the moment, the task, each other. We are clear of distraction and attentive to what’s happening around us.

No stone is left unturned. We will always push the boundary and look for a way to be better. We are committed and driven to create lasting impact and change in the world.

We support and trust each other. We communicate with respect and empathy. We value diverse opinions and debate, but don’t need consensus. Once a decision has been made, we fully commit and stand beside each other in success and failure in our journey ahead.

We connect and create lasting bonds with nature, our community, and each other. Build together, create together, together we return to the SUPERNATURAL.

Knowledge is power. Seek and share knowledge and truth. Learn, teach, share, and grow together.

Where we work

Some of our positions, by their nature, are in-person local to our properties. These roles make the difference in our guest experiences, and bring the excellence and attention to detail that make arcana truly unique.

Our centralized support teams operate under a hybrid model, where our time is divided between remote work and in-office days. Of course, we also make time to connect with one another in person at our properties.
